Private Beverly Hills Estate Wedding

It’s hard to believe that this was a backyard wedding. We emptied the pool installed a floor, two tents, and a stage for the Elvis impersonator who we flew in from Las Vegas.

Technically, this was a backyard wedding. All we did was relocate pool equipment, cover the pool, and build two tents (one for the ceremony, which we flipped to create a dessert space) and one for dinner, dancing, and a band. Oh, and we built a kitchen for Wolfgang Puck Catering.
For Rika and Tony Broccoli, every detail was dialed in. And no one noticed or cared when it rained towards the evening's end. I might be the only person who even remembers because that's what wedding planners do—we remember what went wrong and learn from it so it doesn't happen again—but even the best weather apps can only give us a window to see what Mother Nature has in store.
