It's only a mere hours later but a whole lot colder where I am. The party was wonderful. Everyone had a blast. We haven't posted anything yet. Waiting for pics from Laura which had Ringo, etc. We will absolutely tag you on posts.

Daisy Fuentes and Richard Marx were married in Aspen in a small ceremony. Back in Los Angeles, they wanted a party to celebrate with their friends closer to home. And to keep the party in the spirit of their wedding, they asked me to bring Aspen to the Penthouse at The London West Hollywood.

As a wedding/party planner, I know that one thing guests remember is their first impression when arriving at an event. In this case, there was a long corridor that guests had to walk down to get to the Penthouse entrance. To create that first impression, I decided to have snow cover the entire length of the walk. It would end with a bench in front of a custom backdrop I had made, providing a perfect photo op.

On the roof of the Penthouse, over the stairway leading to the rooftop, I had a snow-making machine installed along with custom lighting and decor elements to continue the Aspen illusion.
